Growing up in Saalbach/Hinterglemm one of Europe’s most famous ski resorts, Bernhard knows hospitality inside and out. A born business man, he had various careers in the banking and insurance and food sector and then taking on the challenge of manager for A1, Austria’s largest mobile phone network looking after the whole of west Austria. His greatest achievement was when he started his very own mobile phone and accessory shop in the town of Maishofen and 5 years later it is one of the most successful businesses in the area with a customer base of over 20.000. After meeting Sinead in 2015 and traveling to Ireland, he fell in love with the landscape, the people and the quality of life so much so that in 2018 he left his homeland of Austria and began a new life in the west of Ireland.
Charlie was already part of our family in Austria. Now he`s in every dogs paradise, strolling through the forest around Lough Atorick North Farm, dipping into the Lake and chasing after all the interesting smells. He is always happy when people come by and play a good game of ball with him.
